This is a mom and pop type shop :) Upon entering you get the feel that you have walked into someone's house! Kinda looks like someones large kitchen/dining area. Very no frills. We were told to take a seat anywhere and we did. I ordered the breakfast combo: bacon, 2 eggs, 2 pancakes, potatoes for about $8 Good deal :) The pancakes were HUGE and not typical IHOP type pancakes but were equally as tasty. The potatoes were chopped into tiny squares and were seasoned well and were the appropriate firmness. I asked for the bacon to be prepared well done and it was cooked just how I like it. I ordered the eggs scrambled and they were perfect: not too wet and not too dry. Everything was prepared very well and the service was good. The only thing I didn't know was that I had to bring the check up to the register, like a diner.

DK diner full? No parking at Nudy's or Roots? It's your lucky day! Head over to Judy's Healthy Kitchen and park in their off street lot and enjoy their delicious homemade goods! Its a very cute breakfast\lunch place right outside of downtown WC. When you can't find parking on the main drag, this is literally 1/2 block outside of downtown WC and they have a lot! There is a homey feel to the decor and a couple tables had children or babies present which added more to that homey feeling. Two waitresses ran the tables and did a fine job keeping up with the breakfast flow Saturday morning. I assume Judy was in the back cooking up my delicious meal. The menu is fairly simple. Standard eggs\omlette\pancakes\waffles\french toast\hot & cold cereals for breakfast. The pricing is right on too, a bit cheaper than my regular main line breakfast place. I did not have lunch, but the lunch menu looks good with scratch soups, fresh salads, and a variety of sandwiches\burgers\panini available. They also have a kids menu with some fun stuff for the young ones...and for dessert they have several flavors of ice cream, milkshakes and smoothies! Big plus...They bake all their bread, except for the english muffins, on site. Looks like they also do a lot of catering and provide school\day care lunches to some local businesses in the area. I was very pleased with my breakfast and look forward to trying their lunch! I've never been so happy having trouble finding parking, it led me right to Judy's Kitchen!

Dh and I went for breakfast a couple days ago. Place was all but empty staff attentive. Dh got the crash mats ( pancakes) with a side of sausage. I got the breakfast scramble I believe that's what it was labeled. It was eggs scrambled over biscuits with sausage gravy and home fries on the side. Well one of the pancakes and one of my biscuits was burnt. The home fries were almost to the burnt stage. Cook should be more mindful. The pancakes not burned were tasty and fluffy the sausage gravy was good and the scrambled eggs were very good. Dh husband had eaten here previously and liked it so I would probably try it again.

Our family really enjoyed breakfast at Judy's Kitchen last week. The eggs were cooked perfectly and the kids loved their pancakes. We will be repeat customers

Looked up breakfast places for after an early AM doctor's appointment. Judy's "Healthy" Kitchen looked promising, offering parking and a few negative reviews that I thought might have been plants. I should have listened to them. I'm not sure why the word "healthy" is in the name of the restaurant. It's not like there are vegetarian or organic dishes prominent on the menu. I wasn't even offered fruit or salad as a substitute for the potatoes I asked to omit. My coffee was poured from an almost empty carafe which must've been sitting for some time. When a new pot was made 5 minutes later, I asked for mine to be replaced, which it was. The first cup was undrinkable. Positives: I liked the pancakes. I like firmer pancakes with crispier edges and not big, fluffy, white tasteless ones. These would've been awesome with blueberries. The water was served in glass, not plastic, also. Real butter. Negatives: Fried eggs swimming in a clear grease. Bacon that looked and tasted like Hampton Inn bacon. Inexcusable in Chester County to use cheap, generic bacon. Scrapple was so thin it looked like it was cut with a mandolin. Bread, which is supposedly house made, was very hard when toasted and had the whitish halo in the middle of freezer burned bread. The floor had not been swept for a while. Lots of crumbs and scraps along the periphery. Overall, not good. Questionable cleanliness, cheap ingredients, no thing "healthy" about it.

Absolutely terrible!!!!! Worst food I've eaten in a long time. If you want healthy food in WC, go to Roots Cafe on Gay Street.

Fresh ingredients, nice country atmosphere, excellent waitstaff, clean. What else could you ask for? How about reasonable prices? Done. Will definitely return!!!

If I could give this no stars I would. My family went for breakfast and waited over 35 minutes for our breakfast- only for it to come out cold. The service was terrible.

Judy's is our go to place for a low-key meal. The food is always good and prices can't be beat. Our favorites are the daybreak burger and the chilli cheese fries. We can't wait for their bakery to open.

This place is great! We have only had breakfast there, but the food was delicious! Traditional breakfasts, but everything tasted so fresh and homemade. My husband had the breakfast sandwich on homemade bread and said it was wonderful. I had scrambled eggs, home fries and toast and loved it. I usually don't even like eggs very much. The prices are very fair and the service was great. Will definitely be back to try lunch and dinner.

Great gem in West Chester! Just had dinner here, friendly service, feels just like home. Fried cheese appetizer in homemade bread is fabulous! My kids already want to come here for breakfast tomorrow.
